• Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: If a dispute remains unresolved after Steps 1 and 2, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this Section prevents ph7990 from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
